Refund policy

We hope you love your Her Way Fits purchase! However, if something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and discounted purchases are non-returnable.

Process:

1. Email our team at herway@herwayfits.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Upon inspection, approved returns will be refunded as store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Her Way Fits reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our return conditions.
